Germany's December addition


Traditionally in December the families are making Christmas bisquits. The simplest ones are the butter bisquits. Mothers prepare the dough and children like to cut out with spezial Christmas cutters.


Here are two cutters for gingerbred


The wooden forms are for "Springerle" buisqits with aniseed on the back.

Something spezial is also "Linzer Torte", which people can make in advance for Christmas.
