INGREDIENTS
White or brown bread (2 good sized slices)
Mature Cheddar cheese (110g)
Finely chopped onion
1 heaped teaspoon of dried or fresh sage
3 tablespoons of English mustard
1/2 teaspoon ofVegetarian Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper

1. Finely chop or grate 1 heaped teaspoon of onion, grate the Cheddar cheese and then mix (use a fork) everything together except the bread and cayenne pepper.
2. Place the bread under a medium heat and toast it.

3. Divide the mixed ingredients into two and spread on the two pieces of toasted bread.
4. Place the two loaded pieces of toast under a medium grill.
5. Cook until the cheese is bubbling and has started to turn brown
6. Serve on a plate with some garnish or salad and eat immediately.
