Oaty Ginger Biscuits
Ingredients
100g butter
65g plain flour
90g rolled oats
Pinch of salt
¼ teaspoon
bicarbonate of soda
½ tablespoon golden
syrup
1 tablespoon hot
water
½ teaspoon ground ginger
Method
- Weigh out ingredients
- Turn oven to 180 oC
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
- Add flour, oats and salt.
- Mix bicarbonate of soda, syrup, water & ginger in a small bowl. Add this to the mixture and stir well.
- Roll into small balls. Place on greased baking sheets.
- Bake for 20 mins. Leave to cool on a wire rack
